• Confident and resilient personality
• Ability to listen, understand and give valuable advice
• Would be a plus to have experience in Digital Media (Social Media), Online Marketing and Advertising.
• Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales target.
• Familiar with simple design software (ex: Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
• Love sports and have passion in fitness
• Creative and following the lates trend
• Loves problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skill, both verbally and writing.
• Good in English is a plus
• Able to work as a team & independently
• Available to work from office
Job Description
· Identify new prospects and close deals with products required by customers
· Build and manage relationship with customers/vendors, negotiate terms agreement, and ensure win-win partnerships
· Understand the consumer needs and insights in fitness equipment
· Drive the growth of the category by creating assortment, promotions, and marketing campaigns
· Plan and implement innovative and effective product and promotional mix that will be recognized by consumer and competitors as superior
· Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
· Present products and services to prospective customers
